Application Administration fee is $40.00
 
There will be no District entry fee the first year, amount has been added to Championship finals entry fee.
 
Championship Finals entry fee is $500.00

The first year we will not be holding local qualifying, instead you can go to any of the courses listed and pick up an application form.  You may also click on the link provided and print and fill out the form.  Mail your form and your check, money order or credit card information for the application administration fee to International Women's Long Drive Alliance, Inc., 80390 Camino Santa Elise, Indio, CA  92203. 
 
Once your money and application have been received you will be sent an invitation/entry form to the Championship Finals.  All Championship Finals forms must be received no later than August 31, 2009 and must be accompanied by your $500.00 entry fee.  We will be accepting Visa, MasterCard and check for the Championship Finals entry fee.
 
WE HAVE EXTENDED THE DEADLINE TO SEPTEMBER 15, 2009 DUE TO RECEIVING A LIST OF NEW POSSIBLE COMPETITORS.
