We will be sending a poster and application forms to several Golf Courses around the country. We will have those
listed as the forms are sent to them.
The first year we will not be holding local qualifying,
instead you can go to any of the courses listed and pick up an application form. You may also click on the link provided
and print and fill out the form. Mail your form and your check, money order or credit card information for the application
administration fee to International Women's Long Drive Alliance, Inc., 80390 Camino Santa Elise, Indio, CA 92203.
Once your money and application have been received you will be sent an invitation/entry form to
the Championship Finals. All Championship Finals forms must be received no later than September 15, 2009 and must be
accompanied by your $500.00 entry fee. We will be accepting Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard and check for the Championship
Finals entry fee.
